The "Burgberg" mountain is an interesting destination in Harzburg. To get to the summit you can either walk or take the cable car. A great deal of history and various hiking routes are waiting for you here. You can also watch lynxes in their compounds at the "Rabenklippen" and learn more about them during regular show feedings. |

Massive granite rocks in unusual shapes - the "Kästeklippen" high above the Okervalley are well worth a visit. While you are up there explore the nearby area where you can enjoy the fantastic view and find impressive rock formations shaped like i.e. an old man's face. A really special place! |
