	The lounge/dining room includes a nice new corner sofa and a dining table with chairs for 4 people. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with freesat viewing as well as free WiFi.
	Bright, spacious bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
	The small kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, small wall-mounted drop-leaf table as well as many storage cupboards containing cutlery and a comprehensive selection of crockery and cooking utensils.
	Modern, newly refurbished bathroom with shower, towels and hair-dryer.
One set of towels and bed linen is provided. Final cleaning not included: 30 € (obligatory). On-site parking space/garage available on request. Please contact us. Please note that for the maximum comfort of future guests we can not accept any pets or smoking.
